We all have important responsibilities in our lives, so it can be helpful to ask yourself: how much of your week is spent doing activities and obligations that you really don't want to do? What would your weeks look like if you actually felt good inside and your week was filled with joy and purpose? You'd likely spend your time resting an appropriate number of hours based on YOUR needs, eating foods that nourish YOU, working in a field that gives YOU purpose, fulfillment and adequate compensation, spending time with people because you GENUINELY want to, taking time to exercise in a manner that YOU enjoy, and engaging in leisurely activities that make you smile. Ah... doesn't the idea of this lifestyle cause you to breathe more fully?
